French Book Club March 2026

Our little group of 5 is now finishing Maigret tend un piège, et puisque nous aimons tous Maigret (how could you not love him?) nous avons décidé de rester avec lui pour notre prochain club. Le mois prochain, nous lirons Maigret et les vieillards, which is even better than the one we are finishing now. If you want to dive not only into old Paris but into the mystery of French nobility and their strange ways, you will love this Maigret!

Pour notre prochain Online French Book Club, je vous propose un roman policier = a murder mystery : Maigret et les vieillards.

Vous connaissez le Commissaire Maigret, incontournable personnage créé par George Simenon ? Un grand classique du roman policier francophone (Simenon est belge). Tous les Français sont fans du Commissaire Maigret de la police judiciaire de Paris.
