Two weeks ago, I published one of my French interviews with French subtitles starring the very well spoken NICE SLOW ENUNCIATED Catherine de Robert, a fabulous textile artist.
It was part 1, today is part 2, and it’s even better! You are going to LOVE THE WAY SHE SPEAKS! So clear! So easy to understand! Let me know if you agree!
In part 1, she told us about the Moulinage des Rivières art exhibit we were attending in Pélussin and about her work.
In part 2, she shows us her work and walks us through it, and it’s brilliant!
Speaking of my little French village Pélussin, I just opened 2 Full French Immersion Weeks in July 2019!
For this Fall 2018, the intermediate group is now full but we have 4 spots left for beginners this September 2018!
Hi Virginie! When does craft become an art? This lady has a foot in both camps and she is so professional. If everyone spoke like her, there wouldn’t be a language problem. I have just watched a 1941 film by Marcel Ayme
Best wishes – Malcolm.
Malcolm hi 🙂 it is so interesting you asked this question because that’s precisely what I’ve been asking the artists / artisans (I totally agree with you) around here to help me understand the difference for the book I’m writing! Maybe one day I should make a video on this too!
